1) How do I get a login for the website?
That's easy. If you have a credit account with us, go to www.warriorprotects.com and click on Web Accounts
in the navigation bar at the top of the page. If you are not currently an account holder with us, please click
on the Credit Accounts option, complete the form and it will be emailed to our web manager and Accounts
team. Once a credit check is carried out and you are setup on our system, web login details will be generated
and emailed to you.
2) I can't find a product I'm looking for on the site?
Not a problem. If we haven't got a specific product listed on our website, chances are we still do supply it.
Due to the enormous amount of products we either stock or supply, it would be impossible to display them all
on the website.
Give either our Head Office a call on 01384 411101 or visit www.warriorprotects.com, highlight Contact Us and
click on Branch Locator. You will find contact details there for your local branch, most of which have a trade
counter you can pop into. Alternatively, click on the Livechat link in the bottom right of the website and you can
ask our Web Manager directly.
3) My company are looking to display some of your products on our website, can you supply me a
Yes of course! Drop our Web Manager Richard an email at email@example.com and state what products
you want on a CSV, what relevant information and if there are any images you require. Please be aware that
due to the way our data is compiled on the website, a full export of every single item on the website cannot be
carried out unless a small fee is charged by our Web Host.
4) Can you supply me with a Datasheet for a product?
It depends on the product. Warrior (which is our own brand) products predominantly will have a Datasheet displayed in the
dropdown menu on the website - excluding any products which are classed as Minimal Risk and therefore do not require
a Datasheet. For any other brands, please visit the manufacturer's website directly and you should be able to find
the relevant Datasheet.
5) How do I get Free Shipping?
Unless you have special carriage terms agreed with your sales rep, all orders are subject to a minimum order value of
£200 in order to get carriage paid. When you go to Checkout, there are several options for delivery including:
Collection; Free Delivery (if terms are met); Local Delivery and Standard DPD Delivery. Please ensure you select the
correct delivery method in order to get your goods in a timely manner.
6) I can't remember my password, can you help?
You need to contact our Web Manager by either ringing 01384 415811 or clicking on the Livechat button in the bottom
right hand corner of the website.
7) How do I clear my web browser cache?
Sometimes when we make changes to the website, they aren't immediately visible unless you refresh the
cache of your internet browser. To do this, follow these instructions:
In the top right hand corner of the screen, click the three dots icon, select More Tools and
then Clear Browsing Data.
In the address bar at the top of the screen, type the following: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
At the top of the window, click Advanced, select: Browsing History; Download History; Cookies and other site data
and Cached Images and Files.
Select "All Time" and click Clear Data. Exit the browser and re-open it.
